Q-Day Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Q-Day is a countdown to the day a quantum computer can break today's public-key encryption. It runs entirely on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, and Abyssal Group does not collect any data about you.
What we collect
Nothing. Q-Day has no account and no login. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. There are no analytics and no advertising.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, Q-Day schedules a local notification on your device (for example, “Q-Day in ~X days”). These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your iPhone — nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
Widget
The home-screen and lock-screen widget reads its countdown from data stored locally in the app. It makes no network request and shares no information.
Links to other apps
Q-Day may show a link to Kyber, our password manager. Opening it launches Safari or the App Store as usual; we do not track whether you follow the link.
Tracking and analytics
Q-Day contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not profile you or sell data, because we do not have it.
Changes
If a future version of Q-Day adds any feature that would change how data is handled, this policy will be updated to describe it before that feature ships.
